Use to be a great business, but not anymore. Inventory is lacking in the stores more and more. Kiosk checkout outside the stores are time consuming and the machine runs out of receipt paper with the worker going back and forth to the main business for a receipt after EVERY purchase, which adds more time in line. Online orders from Hot Topic are ridiculous as items get cancelled from orders and discounts get left off because of cancellations that were done by the company itself. Presale is not a good thing at all as the item will be in the store for months before you might get it shipped it to you. Shipping dates get pushed back further and further with the item already on the shelf in the stores. Customer service representative, Taylor to be specific, is snarky and rude. This is one of the franchises that just needs to throw in the towel and bow out of sales in general.

I had such a great experience at Bullseye Tattoos that I booked my next appointment before I even left the shop! From the beginning stages of requesting a tattoo, all the way through leaving with a finished piece, everything about my experience went smoothly. My questions were answered within 24 hours, my thoughts and intentions were understood, and I was thoroughly entertained with discussions and laughs during my session. Not only was my artist, Victor, responsive & personable, but the entire shop was too. Aside from the welcoming atmosphere, Victor’s pure talent & artistic ability played a huge role in bringing me back. I sat for 5 hours while he worked on a lion portrait, and it is by far the most alluring piece on my body. Thank you to everyone at Bullseye for making my experience so memorable. I look forward to seeing you all again!

My daughter and I got our nose pierced. Nicollette was very professional and walked us through each step. She was super clean and had a great attitude. I highly recommend.
